Had an appointment at 8AM for an oil change. Was not finished until at 12:20 PM OVER 4 hours spent there just for an oil change when I had an appointment… Then after I paid instead of my car being broug finished until at 12:20 PM OVER 4 hours spent there just for an oil change when I had an appointment… Then after I paid instead of my car being brought to me like it usually is, I had to go find my car in the lot!!!
