I have been taking my 2020 Rav4 to Jim Ellis Toyota for all of it's maintenance and service needs. I have impressed with the service department in the past, but on this particular day they were very busy, all of it's maintenance and service needs. I have impressed with the service department in the past, but on this particular day they were very busy, and I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The only negative aspect of my experience was that after waiting for 2 hours I asked the service representative for an update, and he assured me he would "check on my car." Well, I did not see or hear from the service representative for an hour. I then asked the cashier if she knew if my car was ready, and she immediately got back to me and informed me that my car was almost ready. I left 30 minutes later with my car. Kudos to the cashier! More

As someoneone who runs on a tight schedule, appointments mean allot to me. I had a 11AM appointment to just get a spare key programmed and I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours to have this done causing me mean allot to me. I had a 11AM appointment to just get a spare key programmed and I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours to have this done causing me to miss a meeting. Furthermore, $385 for 1 key is absurd. The main redeeming quality here is that everyone I interacted with was polite and hospitable. In conclusion, If there were a technician ready to begin addressing our vehicles at the time of the appointment (particularly for small jobs like this), I feel as though customer satisfaction would increase dramatically overall. More
