As someoneone who runs on a tight schedule, appointments mean allot to me. I had a 11AM appointment to just get a spare key programmed and I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours to have this done causing me mean allot to me. I had a 11AM appointment to just get a spare key programmed and I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours to have this done causing me to miss a meeting. Furthermore, $385 for 1 key is absurd. The main redeeming quality here is that everyone I interacted with was polite and hospitable. In conclusion, If there were a technician ready to begin addressing our vehicles at the time of the appointment (particularly for small jobs like this), I feel as though customer satisfaction would increase dramatically overall. Had an appointment at 8AM for an oil change. Was not finished until at 12:20 PM OVER 4 hours spent there just for an oil change when I had an appointment… Then after I paid instead of my car being broug finished until at 12:20 PM OVER 4 hours spent there just for an oil change when I had an appointment… Then after I paid instead of my car being brought to me like it usually is, I had to go find my car in the lot!!!
