The service appointment went about as good as could be expected. After the diagnostics was performed the repair was going to take 7 hours to complete. I took my 2010 prius for a check engine light diagnostic and when I picked up the car my hybrid system wasn't working and a bunch of lights where on the dashboard and they told me it was because of the h and when I picked up the car my hybrid system wasn't working and a bunch of lights where on the dashboard and they told me it was because of the hybrid system bit I never had a problem with it. Now I'm. Left with a car that's worse then when I came in and I can't even drive to work. And I still had to pay the dealership for nothing. Would definitely not be going back for anything. More
