All of the associates were courteous and attentive to the service of my truck. However, the right rear window was left about an inch down during the car wash (I had it down while driving to the appointment a service of my truck. However, the right rear window was left about an inch down during the car wash (I had it down while driving to the appointment as well as the driver's window all the way down). This resulted in the entire door being wet on the inside as well as the floor, part of the seat and the two t-shirts I had lying on the seat. After the wash, someone did notice the window down because it was up when the truck was brought around. When I made Reid aware of this, he was quick to get the truck back and dry up the water. Unfortunately, we had to change dinner plans as this added an additional hour to the service. Later, I noticed that the inside windshield had also been cleaned. However, there were significant streaks from the cleaning, so I had to clean it again. I am pleased with the service at Jim Ellis but this time was bit frustrating. More
