Well I called the number above (which is the main number and, as you can see, they didn't include a name so I had no idea who to ask for) on Monday, 12/6. The receptionist was great. Very kind, understanding, etc. I explained the purpose of the call and she said it sounded like I needed to talk to the service manager so she put me on a brief hold. She came back and said she couldn't find the service manager and didn't want to keep me on hold forever so I gave her my name and number. She said she'd locate them and have them call me back. It is Thursday, Dec. 9 and I still haven't heard from the service manager (surprise, surprise). Doesn't much sound to me like they sincerely want to "make this better". More
