I have had great experiences in the past but my last visit was the worst!! I feel I was screwed by this service department. Work was done to my car that I did not authorize!(my rep claimed she called me visit was the worst!! I feel I was screwed by this service department. Work was done to my car that I did not authorize!(my rep claimed she called me, but that was not true) I was quoted one price but when I got my car it was $1,000. Was told it would take 2-3 hrs. When actually it took a day. I had to catch a Lyft back(I paid for) to see what the delay was. When I got to the dealership my car was still not ready! I had a 8:30am appointment(that morning). It was 3:30pm and I had an appointment at 5pm in Atlanta. The fact that I was shown that spray paint(my calipers were painted) was the culprit of them having to supposedly put new calipers on the back. If that is the case then why weren’t all my calipers “ruined”? I plan on taking my calipers and getting a second opinion. I am very dissatisfied and angry! Times(Money) are hard and to have to pay $1,018! For brake pads, rotors resurfaced, and the scam of my calipers, I will NEVER return to this dealership! Plus now my car is making a noise that it wasn’t before! So now I’m really mad. This is the worst experience I have had dealing with my car. Thanks but no Thanks. This is not over! More
