I had an appt at 8:30am. Arrived at 8:15am. The service man was in NO hurry and flirting and taking his time with the lady before me!!!! Then James came out. He was super nice and helped me. I waited clos man was in NO hurry and flirting and taking his time with the lady before me!!!! Then James came out. He was super nice and helped me. I waited close to 3 hours for JUST an oil change. That is just unacceptable. Especially when I had an appt. Y’all need to do better. James was always nice and informative. I would give him 5 stars but the other man that was flirting and working and the wait time negative 5 stars. Also the music playing in the showroom was not appropriate for that type of setting. More
