When I arrived to have my oil and filter changed the individual/service rep that met me said it did need to be change and ask me to get out of my and he got in and and turned off the waring light. He said it wouldn’t hurt to run it til the light came on again and I could have the oil and filter changed then. Since you didn’t want my business back then I went to Nalley Toyota in Lithonia, GA. When my wife’s Camry needed an oil and filter change, I thought I would I bring it to you. My mistake. You apparently didn’t care or need my business back in October, but when I brought her car to you on Oct 13, 2022, because we are senior citizens, you felt like we would be easy to take advantage of.
