Oscar was extremely attentive, politely receptive and patient with my check-in, questions and inquiry's. He saw me through all the way until I left. I have been going to this same dealership for almost 10 years and the customer service continues to improve. The service mechanics are OUTSTANDING, and always have been! Great dealership all the way around, from sales to service. The parts department, cashiers as well as the barista are always very friendly and quick to help. I really appreciate the new coffee/tea/hangout area. Watching the mechanics work on my truck is my favorite part. My only asterisk would be the front of the dealership. There is a receptionist who plays her favorite music too loudly and sings along as if she is at home or out with friends. She has never said hello or properly greeted me. While I cannot say she is rude as I have never had an interaction with her, I do wonder why she is even there? If if were not for this, I would have given this dealership 5 stars. More
