Husband checked in at 10:50 and wasn’t informed how long his brake job front and rear would take. I phoned at 2:30 and asked and was told it was a 4 hour job, however no one told him a time length and he di his brake job front and rear would take. I phoned at 2:30 and asked and was told it was a 4 hour job, however no one told him a time length and he didn’t have lunch till 3:00. Raymond was very attentive and kind but would have been nice to have a time frame. More
