Friendly enough. Poor wait time (promised 90 mins....which is more than long enough....total time wound up being 140 mins (oil change & tire rotation). Truck sat on lot over 20 mins before service advisor even knew it was ready (I watched it leave the station and get parked). Overcharged by about $10-$12, when all was totaled. I assumed a $29.95 coupon would end up at roughly $35-$36, with tax. Instead, it was $50 and no mention of working with me in view of the long wait. Disappointed, since I've always liked this dealership and would like to come back. However, they will have to win me over. More
