I actually did not keep my service appointment so surprised I'm receiving this. There were issues through this process though. I had a 'we owe' window tint, but my windows appeared tinted, I'm thin surprised I'm receiving this. There were issues through this process though. I asked if this could be checked and was told to bring it in for the appt and they would let me know? Lose work time? No thank you. In cancelling the appt I did a chat and was told someone would call me back, never heard back. Tried the number on the confirmation to find it is out of service. Called and was on hold about 10 minutes before I hung up (recording kept saying 2 minutes). Found an email and sent that in, never heard back directly from the email but finally received an appointment cancelled email. All this was over 10 days. Kind of makes me not have a lot of confidence for future needs. More

Very curtious and knows all about Customer Service. I really enjoy taking my car there.
