I came in for an oil change my vehicle was taken back to get the oil change it were done in a timely manner but the only issue I had were that once they finish the oil change, I watched on the tv monitor wh get the oil change it were done in a timely manner but the only issue I had were that once they finish the oil change, I watched on the tv monitor when it was finished, I sat there for almost a whole hour waiting on someone to let me know that it was finish no one came so I had to go and find someone and ask them about my vehicle so 20 minutes later I a young lady finally came to me and gave me my bill and my keys. overall, everything was pleasant.
