I arrived 10 minutes before appointment time. Service advisor could find no record of the appointment. Filled out all the info again then told me to expect a 2.5 hr wait for a software update r Service advisor could find no record of the appointment. Filled out all the info again then told me to expect a 2.5 hr wait for a software update recall on my 2014 Prius V which according to Toyota should take 45 minutes. The 2.5 hr estimate turned out to be on the button. Appreciated the gratis car wash. More
