He explained everything to me and honestly told me what he recommended and what could wait for another service time!! He was very patient and the customer service from everyone was top notch!!! I will be visiting the Jim Rllis location from now on!!! More

Service advisors and manager do a great job, but the mechanic that worked on my truck gets a failing grade. The first visit for a check engine light problem a part was left off, forcing me to return to mechanic that worked on my truck gets a failing grade. Two weeks later my check engine light came back on, causing yet another return visit, not to mention additional expense. I was without my vehicle for two more days as well! I paid a lot of money and am a loyal customer to this dealership. I think mechanics this bad at their job should not work at a major dealership that prides themselves on great customer service. I love my Toyota, but do better. More
