It takes 2 hours to get a simple oil change even if you have an appointment to have this done. I also was getting calls from one of the dealer sales person asking me if i was interested in selling my vehic have an appointment to have this done. He dint even know that i was actually still in the dealership waiting my service to be done. I also the service agent ask if i would like my car to be washed. The job done was so bad that when i got home i had to wash the vehicle again. Im very dissatisfied in the service provided to me this day. More
