Raymond was very helpful to customers. We like everything about our experience. The coffee station is a great idea we loved it. Rather than having a self serve station a staff serve the customers especially during this time with COVID still around. The staff was very pleasant and it seems that she enjoyed her job. Raymond explained what service was done to the car and when the next service was due and this was very helpful for my granddaughter who is a new driver. I had a very good experience after a very bad one at Toyota Stonecrest. I liked the technician doing the video and sending it to me with details regarding my multipoint inspection. I felt as if I was Toyota Stonecrest. I liked the technician doing the video and sending it to me with details regarding my multipoint inspection. I felt as if I was standing by while they worked on my car. The waiting area was also spacious and clean. I felt comfortable playing my game and taking a few phone calls while I waited. My service advisor, Alex, was welcoming from my arrival all the way to helping me find my car after service. I will insist on working with her when I visit again. Outstanding visit!!!! I will be referring every and anyone that I can to visit you guys. Thank you for restoring my hope in getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership. More

Bought my car last November. Still waiting on my second set of keys. Just can’t believe it’s taking this long. 10 months. Don’t get car washed when I take my car in for service.
