However, the fact remains Toyota built a car with a faulty air bag. Not me. It’s not the first time they’ve done it as you’re aware and should be fixed free of charge no questions asked. The vehicle is a 2013 but it only has 50000 miles on it. My moms car before she passed. She bought it new and. now I have it with a $1200 bill to fix something Toyota did. Not happy with that. As a consumer there is only one thing for me to do and you already know what that is. Buy from another manufacturer next car I buy. Thanks Amanda for doing a good job. Not so much for Toyota. More

Wasted my time playing games with sales price. Quoted $3700 more for same vehicle as friend was quoted after 5 hours or negotiating less than a week ago. Offered $300 trade-in on 2013 vehicle. Most Recent experience I went in for scheduled maintenance. I called and was accommodated for the same day.
