No Response from service Purchased 2019 Sienna in May of 2019. had vehicle in on September 13th at 8am for 5000 mile check and other issues with Toyota Connect but was told th Purchased 2019 Sienna in May of 2019. had vehicle in on September 13th at 8am for 5000 mile check and other issues with Toyota Connect but was told they would schedule the following Monday or Tuesday a call to bring vehicle in. No call was received and I called later in week and left message. As yet have not heard anything. Issue was the SOS, speaker not working and phone had issues. Finally called FIVE STAR in Milledgeville, took vehicle in and had to keep it 48 hours, but issues are working fine after Toyota had to replace some parts. Had great customer service experience and my van is working the way it should. More

Recent service experience My service experience for the past 10 years or so has been excellent. However, this past time there was a glitch. In addition to the regular service (135,000 miles) I asked that the left rear tail/brake light be checked out because I had been told that it was out, but when I just touched the light it came on. (Dana checked me in that day) After sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours or so, I managed to get to Amanda (she was busy) to see if there was a problem with my car. I was told that because of the light issue, my car went to the Shop first to be checked out, they didn't find a problem, and that my car had just been sent to the service department. Why did my car sit in the Shop 2 hours or more before it was sent to service? I was at your facility about 3-1/2 hours. More
