Vistited showroom late on a Friday evening, sales staff was very friendly, stayed past closing to complete our application and promised to have an answer first thing on Saturday. Due to issues with my trade-in, my current income and my not perfect credit score, sales person, James, and Sales manager. Greg, worked super hard to get me aporoved with small down payment. Paid almost $4,000 less than sticker price and drive out in my new 2018 Toyota Rav4 Saturday evening! Woukd definitely recommend Jim Ellis of McDonough! More

Service dept. was very slow processing in car in the morning. Arrived for my appt 7:20am. At least 20 plus cars in front of me. My car was ready at 9:40 am. Or at least when they told me it was ready. I believe I saw the service person complete it at least 15 minutes before that. My previous dealer in Bradenton Fl.
