Lousy Service Advisor and customer Service The Service Advisor manipulated cost By backing into the number cost to arrive to the denominator she desire. I questioned about the charged for the u The Service Advisor manipulated cost By backing into the number cost to arrive to the denominator she desire. I questioned about the charged for the usage of a loaner vehicle. She claims Enterprise charged the dealership $35 a day. Therefore she charged the cost to me. Yet still the operative word is Loaner not rental to me. But couldn’t get the job done on time. So the sat at the Dealership an extra day because it was worked on. Yet charged $70 for something that is out of my control for repairs. More

Disappointing Customer Service I usually have a pleasant experience at this dealership, but the new employees in the service department are unapproachable. Appointment and still waited 6 hours I had an appointment for routine maintenance, a balance and alignment wAs recommended that was not covered on maintenance plan. I agreed and was told I had an appointment for routine maintenance, a balance and alignment wAs recommended that was not covered on maintenance plan. I agreed and was told 2 hours. I waited 6 hours for a rotate and balance, a routine inspection, and an alignment. ridiculous! More

Oil Change I had an 11AM appointment to have my oil changed. When I pulled into the bay there was one other car. I know I’m unable to see how many cars are in th I had an 11AM appointment to have my oil changed. When I pulled into the bay there was one other car. I know I’m unable to see how many cars are in the back but I think that a 3 hour visit is extremely to long. Why in the world would it take that long? Also while wait I could see a guy talking on the phone and others cutting up. The work is always good but 3 hours is RIDICULOUS! More
