Good service. I was met a young lady who wrote my service order up for Ramond and this expedited the process and got the service started. Ramond kep me informed. Vistited showroom late on a Friday evening, sales staff was very friendly, stayed past closing to complete our application and promised to have an answer first thing on Saturday. Due to issues with my trade-in, my current income and my not perfect credit score, sales person, James, and Sales manager. Greg, worked super hard to get me aporoved with small down payment. Paid almost $4,000 less than sticker price and drive out in my new 2018 Toyota Rav4 Saturday evening! Woukd definitely recommend Jim Ellis of McDonough! More

Service dept. was very slow processing in car in the morning. Arrived for my appt 7:20am. At least 20 plus cars in front of me.
