Worst experience with a dealership ever. I was sold a 2014 Subaru Forester back in January that I now have to replace the valve body and lower control arms on. All of which could have been detected if a 2014 Subaru Forester back in January that I now have to replace the valve body and lower control arms on. All of which could have been detected if a thorough inspection would have been done , which clearly it wasn’t or it was done by the same techs that can’t manage to properly change oil. My oil light shouldn’t come on two days after an oil change, unless yup you guessed it the tech didn’t replace the crush gasket with a new one during the service. Which has happened to me every time I have taken my car there to get the oil changed even when I make sure to tell them what needs to be done. Greg Webster in sales in patronizing and dismissive, unsure how he holds a management position because he lacks any understanding of customer satisfaction. Amanda in service is the only saving grace of the entire operation. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE More

New Tires I called about tires, was told they could get to me same day. I bought my car in an hour ahead of appointment (my fault, I got there earlier than pla I called about tires, was told they could get to me same day.
