He’s helped me a couple of times but this past Saturday, Reid was my service representative and went above and beyond for me and my car. New purchase Our sales man was great. I would definitely not take someone's word on how much the warranty will add to your payment, and have them tell you that we Our sales man was great. I would definitely not take someone's word on how much the warranty will add to your payment, and have them tell you that we were the ones that came up with the 15.00 figure when we didn't have any figures and he was the one using the calculator not us. There's a big difference between adding 15.00 a month and 28.00, so lesson learned. Always do the math yourself, don't trust anyone. More

Forgot to repair a tail light Left vehicle at dealership all day for an oil change and also mentioned that I was informed that one of my driver side tail lights was out. Technician Left vehicle at dealership all day for an oil change and also mentioned that I was informed that one of my driver side tail lights was out. Technician verbalized plans to check. Spoke with the same technician by phone later and he said my light wasn’t out. Came to pick up vehicle and light was out and this was clear. Thankfully, the manager addressed situation promptly within 6 minutes or less with the repair and apologized for the confusion. Technician said he thought I was referring to the brake light. When I initially mentioned an issue, he said they would check all lights. More
