Accessory installs. I have a 20019 Tacoma.. I wanted these accessories installed.... Mud flaps. Bead mat. Door edge guards.. threshold guards. Remote keyless entry I have a 20019 Tacoma.. The install of all items where great. There was a good long wait but I did come when th ed y had a lot going on .. so I expected this. Over all everyone did a good job. Good work. More

Is a free oil change really a perk? Every time I go in for my “free oil change” I have an appointment and I rarely get out of the shop under 2 or more hours. Unacceptable! The problem i had was when we purchased a warranty, which we never do, but since my husband has been sick, he wanted to get it. The guy asked how much We will be driving it in a year and we said 12,000. He put figures in his calculator.and came up with a number then he divided it and SAID it will add about 15.00 more to our payment. We had been there since 3:30 and it was after 9, so we signed and left. After leaving I realized that was wrong that it was not 15 but 30 that was added. The only way it could have been 15 is if he would have divided it by 150 mths. I emailed him and asked if there was mistake and he emailed me and said my husband was the one that came up with 15. That was impossible, we did not have the figures, he was the one using a calculator and I didn't realize I needed to go behind him and check his math. Lessons learned and will never let anyone do the math without me checking it. More

Disorganized dealership Drove an hour to look at a vehicle to buy. No-one approached me as to needing help. I approached a salesman with printout of vehicle to see. He finall Drove an hour to look at a vehicle to buy. No-one approached me as to needing help. I approached a salesman with printout of vehicle to see. He finally got off phone and left to find vehicle. After 20 minutes, he returned saying I found the car....but I don't know where the keys are. He went from salesman to salesman asking for the keys. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting the salesman with a manager approached me apologizing that the vehicle was sold the night before. I left and was driving home when the salesman called me back telling me the deal had fallen through. He told me to continue home and he would get back to me with the numbers for the car. I waited the whole next day, sending texts every 2 hours that went unanswered.. I remembered the managers name from night before and called the dealership and asked for him. He told me the car had been sold. Will never go to that dealership. More
