Oil Change and Multi-Point Inspection All went well. Greeted well and checked in efficiently. Asked some transmission service questions that were thoroughly answered. The Service Department staff was friendly but no directions Upon arrival there are no directions on where to go or pull in, after standing in line to be checked in they said I didn't have an appointment and it Upon arrival there are no directions on where to go or pull in, after standing in line to be checked in they said I didn't have an appointment and it would take a while, I informed them that Toyota made the appointment for me through the recall program. Oscar was friendly and funny and absolutely no problems with him. After a couple of hours, they emailed/texted additional services to approve. They came up with nearly $900 worth of charges for services not really needed. Said the battery BARELY cranked the car, I've noticed zero problems with this. The wiper does need replacing but not for the price they wanted, over $500 worth of a brake job on front and back, again no problems there either. I declined all services., changed out my own wipers for much less and higher end wipers. I will keep and eye on my battery, I'll get the brakes serviced elsewhere for also much less as the back AND front are not in need. More
