The service advisor was great! (Amanda) And after explaining the situation which involved a TSB, she already had it printed out and ready for the maintenance tech. The parts were replaced and the is explaining the situation which involved a TSB, she already had it printed out and ready for the maintenance tech. The parts were replaced and the issue was resolved. She also contacted Toyota Finance and was able to have the repair approved under the extended warranty! More
