The waiting time is insane! I made an appointment for Friday 6th at 10:20 am, when I got there one of the employees told me that the waiting time for the people with appointments I made an appointment for Friday 6th at 10:20 am, when I got there one of the employees told me that the waiting time for the people with appointments was 1 hr to 1:30 hr which sounds crazy, why even make an appointment if it's going to take that long!? She said that it was a 4 hr wait for those without appointment! Anyway, since I was already there and had nobody to pick me up I stayed in the lounge and waited for my car. It was a 5,000 miles maintenance (just tire rotation, no oil change) and it took them almost 2 hrs! They need to come up with a better scheduling process or at least let the customer now ahead of time how long it's going to take so we can make arrangements and not waste time sitting around. Other than the ridiculous waiting time, all employees were helpful. More

I love Jim Ellis Toyota of Mcdonough!!! Reid is always so friendly & helpful! He has been my #1 service advisor since I was 16 & taking speed bumps too fast in my corolla. Overall experience was great! Only dilemma was that I didn’t have an appointment, and was there 3 hrs for 1 tire swap.
