Thanks for taking care of me. Amanda and the service team took care of me. I was always informed of the progress and what was going on with my vehicle. Service level higher than expected. I went in without an appointment but was able to get Into the service queue. Also needed to be out by a certain time to make a medical appointment. Although the work was not completed on time, the service representative provide free ride to and from my appointment while the service was completed. This was unexpected and above what I anticipated!
