The disappointment came when I, a wheelchair user, could not get any assistance with entering or exiting through the front of the dealership. Even though there were plenty of people standing around and talking, not one person shifted a single step towards the door to assist me. As a wheelchair user I am used to having to sometimes open doors by myself. That wasn’t the issue as much as the lack of consideration. For all they could’ve known, I could have decided that the repairs were too much and have been looking to upgrade my car. Such a small courtesy could’ve gone a long way. Also buttons to open the doors automatically would send a message that ALL customers are valued.
