As someoneone who runs on a tight schedule, appointments mean allot to me. I had a 11AM appointment to just get a spare key programmed and I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours to have this done causing me mean allot to me. I had a 11AM appointment to just get a spare key programmed and I ended up waiting 3 and a half hours to have this done causing me to miss a meeting. Furthermore, $385 for 1 key is absurd. The main redeeming quality here is that everyone I interacted with was polite and hospitable. In conclusion, If there were a technician ready to begin addressing our vehicles at the time of the appointment (particularly for small jobs like this), I feel as though customer satisfaction would increase dramatically overall.
