We called about a particular vehicle. We love be 100 miles from the dealership. Susan took great care of us from that very first phone call! We drove the next day. I have been taking my 2020 Rav4 to Jim Ellis Toyota for all of it's maintenance and service needs. I have impressed with the service department in the past, but on this particular day they were very busy, all of it's maintenance and service needs. I have impressed with the service department in the past, but on this particular day they were very busy, and I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The only negative aspect of my experience was that after waiting for 2 hours I asked the service representative for an update, and he assured me he would "check on my car." Well, I did not see or hear from the service representative for an hour. I then asked the cashier if she knew if my car was ready, and she immediately got back to me and informed me that my car was almost ready. I left 30 minutes later with my car. Kudos to the cashier! More
