I was not happy with the service I received from this dealership. I turned my car in with a full tank of gas and it was returned with 1/2 tank. Our tracking light indicating a problem. 2 days after we dealership. I turned my car in with a full tank of gas and it was returned with 1/2 tank. Our tracking light indicating a problem. 2 days after we picked our car up tracking Lights still comes on. The dealership kept our. Car for 2 weeks and every time I called the technician he kept giving me excuses as when the car would be ready. They charged us $1600 and have us the run around about picking up our car. I still have the same problems that I had with our vehicle. After they kept our car for 2 weeks over charged us, our tracking light continues to come on They have no integrity at this dealership and you cannot grow your business being dishonest. God sees and he will reward accordingly.I will never use this dealership again. More
The work is always done well but the service could be better. Customer service was nice in person; however, I had a hard time getting in touch with the finance person on the phone. Also, because I kept my old vehicle, I had to arrange an Uber.
