The only reason I give them a one is I can not give them a 0. On Monday, 3/27, I called the dealership at 9 am. I spoke with Louis, one of the salesmen. I told Louis that I was interested in a 2017 Jeep a 0. On Monday, 3/27, I called the dealership at 9 am. I spoke with Louis, one of the salesmen. I told Louis that I was interested in a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with exact description. Louis put me on hold and came back and said he had pulled the key. We scheduled an appointment for 5:30 pm. About 4:00 I got a call verifying my appointment to look at the 2017 Jeep I had requested. We arrived at 5:35 pm and was immediately informed that the vehicle I had requested to view had been taken to auction earlier in the day. They went on to say we have another 2017 Jeep but it is more expensive. This is nothing less than bait and switch. The manager then stated he was going to get the vehicle back and I would hear something on 3/28. I heard nothing. On 3/29 at 8:00 am I called and was told they would not get the vehicle back but I could look at the other Jeep but it was more expensive. There was no offer to even try to work with me. I drove about 30 minutes which is not horrible but it is Inexcusable that I scheduled an appointment and they called to confirm less than 2 hours before and did not have the common courtesy to say the vehicle is no longer available. Watch out and be warned if you deal with this dealership. More
Seevice advisor was great. Only issue I had was the installation of the cabin filter. I noticed a noise in the compartment. Opened it and the filter was not inserted correctly and there was debris in the fan chamber compartment. I cleaned it and inserted correctly and that resolved the issue.
