Rose Bristol was a huge help when my truck broke down and I traded at Jim Ellis. The financial guy was a great help as well. I made an appointment to have my car serviced, and I waited around three hours for it to be completed. I believe people that take the time to make service appointments should receive some kind of priori waited around three hours for it to be completed. They had some more service suggestions regarding my car, but I had already been there for around three hours and had to ask if I could wait to have those done the next time I take it in. I really hope everything will be ok until then. More

The service appointment went fast. However the expectation of the service was a little short. Normally the car would get a complimentary vacuum and wipe down on brand new vehicles firs However the expectation of the service was a little short. Normally the car would get a complimentary vacuum and wipe down on brand new vehicles first service appointments. This did not happen. The service representatives were polite but seemed rushed. Not sure if the managements expectation is to move people in and out extremely quickly however a more personal touches is needed. The staff's interaction seems somewhat robotic. More
