From the time you get there, the people are very pleasant. There is a very nice place to sit while wait for your car to be serviced and snacks. The service department is also awesome every one of th pleasant. There is a very nice place to sit while wait for your car to be serviced and snacks. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Jahvon never called or contacted me in the over two weeks KIA had my car. I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one was available to talk and Jahvon never called or contacted me in the over two weeks KIA had my car. I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one was available to talk and no one called me back. I called and left the service director a message, and they also did not call me back. I finally had to go back to the dealer in person to pick back up my car because I needed it. When I picked it up, I found they did not even look at my car in the two weeks they had it. It was a total waste of my time and I would appreciate a call back for a explanation of what happened. More
