Everytime I took my car in to touch on the leather seats they just painted it and that paint with time starts to flake off and looks horrible on the seats and they haven’t done anything to fix it father it’s states that if they can’t fix it they would replace the seats. After a multipoint inspection i had a low fluid and that was not notified to me either. More
From the moment I walked through the door until my wife's car was ready, Chris was awesome. I inquired about a few issues, such as the tire that dry rotted. I inquired about her car's acceleration and sometimes the feel of a lag between pushing the pedal and car accelerating. He explained to me about the engine type and how the power is distributed and a possible reason for the lag feeling. Chris also checked up on me while I waited, and he explained all work prior to me approving it. I would like for him to assist me this week when I bring my car in for service if possible.
