Great service - they really looked out for me! I purchased a new car but shortly saw issues with it. I returned the car to Jim Ellis for inspection, and long story short, it needed to be replaced. The customer service leaves very little to be desired. Checking out was a process because the cashier and her manager decided to have an entire scheduling conversation while she was helping me. I shouldn't know that her Saturdays are on different pay periods. Or that the other girl is starting a new job on Saturday so she's unable to work. Also when picking up your car, maybe have a tech available to answer any questions the car owner may have. Especially when the car is under a class action lawsuit. Speaking of, I was looking into selling or trading my car in but no one in sales even looked my way. And the person who brought my car out to me was neither a salesman or a tech so he couldn't help in any way. More
Service advisor was fine. It was cost to replace low beams for $350 labor only! I found a shop that did it for $86 and they didn't have to remove bumper! Told several times by dealer it was not cracked when I went for oil changes. Finally after a year, they said it was cracked and replaced. However they couldn't have tested it, as I got vehicle back and drove about a mile, I tried to use the washer and nothing came out. When I got home, there was no washer fluid in reservoir. When I filled with washer fluid, still had a leak. When brought back, they said it was the washer fluid motor hose leaking. Why did they not see this before!! Had to replace motor, very expensive. I feel I was taken advantage of and will not return to this dealer, nor buy another KIA. More

Walked in to get my car serviced and no one acknowledged me. I made eye contact with four people and no one said anything. It was very frustrating.
