This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. The whole dealership has a laid back vibe so I never felt pressure or anxiety to buy something immediately. Jack Stricklin is amazing. He was great in helping me decide what car to choose and very knowledge about options, features and packages. I did visit the dealership a few times while deciding and dealing with insurance. He was never pushy and I never felt like I was wasting his time. The finance department was amazing. Mike was very nice and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions. During my visit I also met the service manager & I look forward to bringing my car in for maintenance. The customer service leaves very little to be desired. Checking out was a process because the cashier and her manager decided to have an entire scheduling conversation while she was helping me. I shouldn't know that her Saturdays are on different pay periods. Or that the other girl is starting a new job on Saturday so she's unable to work. Also when picking up your car, maybe have a tech available to answer any questions the car owner may have. Especially when the car is under a class action lawsuit. Speaking of, I was looking into selling or trading my car in but no one in sales even looked my way. And the person who brought my car out to me was neither a salesman or a tech so he couldn't help in any way. More
