I would say my experience on this occasion was phenomenal! With the 2021 Telluride I traded in for the 2025, service could be like pulling a tooth and sucked at this particular location. However, I saw a never before seen side at Jim Ellis KIA Kennesaw with acquiring this new vehicle. It was so great that although I was not there to actually change my Telluride for a new one on that day, the unimaginable happened! Firstly, they got me sold on the idea of a new vehicle although I was just inquiring about one for the near future. Then, because I did not go prepared to get a new vehicle on that particular day, I had a few hiccups with the process of getting a new vehicle at that moment. I was not disappointed because I wasn’t expecting to take home a new vehicle that day. Besides, my wife and baby girls still had half their belongings from home in the 2021 Telluride. With my Bryson Leonardo team (Bryson the finance manager and Leo the sales associate) nothing seemed to be the least bother to them. We crossed every “t” and dotted every “I” together. It only takes for me 15 minutes to get really bored of a process. So, just imagine at the end of a pretty lengthy process when we concluded the contract successfully, and I discovered that I had to now transfer my wife and kids’ belongings to the new Telluride! This is where my stocks of confidence skyrocketed with Jim Ellis KIA Kennesaw! Leo single handedly, willingly and patiently transferred from that anchor to that pin , from the 2021 to the 2025 Telluride. I never lost a single item in the entire process! Leo is truly a hero of Jim Ellis KIA Kennesaw! Thanks a million, guys! More
Concern of gas smell coming from vehicle not addressed. Issue was noted from service advisor when vehicle was dropped off, but denied on paperwork. Will return vehicle for further diagnostics. I had major engine work done at Jim Ellis Kia on my 2014 Sorrento. Luckily the engine work was under an extension of the mfg warranty. The service advisor, Madison, was fantastic. Madison scheduled an eva Sorrento. Luckily the engine work was under an extension of the mfg warranty. The service advisor, Madison, was fantastic. Madison scheduled an evaluation with a technician that verified the issue. The engine replacement was scheduled and Madison kept me informed every step of the way. The technician completed the work and the vehicle is functioning as designed. I found Jim Ellis to shoot straight with me unlike another local dealership that will remain unnamed. I’m pretty mechanical and do a lot of work myself, but when professional service is needed I recommend Jim Ellis. More
