I’m not a complainer but the service center receptionist has always been a bit short/rude. I know it’s a tough job but I’ve been hung up on, left on hold for 20 or so min, and berated when I questioned why has always been a bit short/rude. I know it’s a tough job but I’ve been hung up on, left on hold for 20 or so min, and berated when I questioned why the wait was so long to receive services. Other than that, I know it’s busy but I always wait at least a month to get my oil changed and have to leave my car for no less than 1 week to get a simple Service completed. More

Phil did an excellent job taking care of my car and me! He understood what I needed and what I wanted done and he kept me apprised of the progress along the way!
