My 2018 Kia Soul + had the fatal flashing check engine light, code P1326. Ended up being the rod bearing issue for which Kia was replacing the lower part of the engine. I had it towed from Rome to Kennesaw, as I hadn't been very pleased with the dealship I'd gone to in the past. From the minute I started dealin with Mark Kerkoski, I felt confident that I'd made the right choice. Mark was super knowledgeable, totally honest & transparent -- which is ultra-important to me -- diagnosed sooner than expected, got the engine right away, I had my car back in two weeks! I wish I lived nearer to Kennesaw, as I plan to continue using this dealership, thanks to the fantastic service give to me by Mark! This dealership found gold, when they brought Mark Kerkoski onto their team!! More

My only complaint is that they played me. The deal was I would walk out the door paying $31,000. The salesperson, the finance guy, the manager, the guy who drew up the paperwork... So I believed I would be paying $31,000. What they didn't tell me was that after I put $11,000 down, they added about $3,400 in dealer fees and other stuff. So while I thought I was financing $20,000 (because that's how math works) I was actually financing $23,400. I only just found this out when I went to make (what I thought) would be an $800 payoff and I discovered I actually still owe $4,400. Admittedly, it was in the paperwork of the final breakdown of costs and it's on me for not paying closer attention. But the finance guy didn't mention any of that. I don't blame the dealership, we all know car dealerships scam and swindle you. I blame myself for having knowing this and still having trusted them. I'm only writing this review so other people won't be as simple and careless as I was. Buying a car always sucks, don't also get suckered! More
