I dropped my car off at 7:45 and had to call back at 12:45 to find out it had been ready for some time. When I looked over my car the car was poorly cleaned, and the front badge had delaminated leaving 12:45 to find out it had been ready for some time. When I notified my service advisor he told me the car looked like that when it came in with no proof of that since the picture he had taken was very blurry. This problem still has not been resolved. As of this time I was supposed to receive a call from a manager but have not. More

I brought my vehicle in with the expectation of receiving honest, professional service, but instead, I encountered what appeared to be blatant attempts to upsell unnecessary repairs. From the start, I felt that the assessment of my vehicle’s condition was excessively detailed for the minor issue I initially reported. I was told about multiple supposed “critical” issues that, according to the dealership, needed urgent attention. These claims were concerning, particularly given that my car had been thoroughly inspected just weeks prior by a certified mechanic, with no mention of these alleged issues. Further, when I consulted an independent mechanic after my visit to your dealership, they confirmed that none of the extra repairs your team recommended were required. This is not only disappointing but raises serious concerns about the ethics and practices of your service department. Attempting to capitalize on a customer’s lack of technical knowledge by fabricating or exaggerating issues is dishonest, unprofessional, and detrimental to your dealership’s reputation. This experience has left me with a clear lack of trust in Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw. I strongly urge you to review this matter internally, as behavior like this reflects poorly on your business and can lead to a loss of customers and community trust. I also expect full transparency in any follow-up communications. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I purchases 2013 Kia Sportage I had the vehicle for 7 Years. Okay the problem I was having them in the beginning for New Management took over or too much oil was put in my vehicle several time I have pic Years. Okay the problem I was having them in the beginning for New Management took over or too much oil was put in my vehicle several time I have pictures of that and we have a recall on the Kia so they just trying to make my life so complicated I have a warranty and they know about the recall so what gives!! I just want to be treated like any other individual I can't get a loaner car cuz the new management doesn't do that I want them to honor I have it in black and white my warranty still good there's a recall so what's the problem cannot your tech figured it out or what's going on really.
