I brought my vehicle in for a service request on 1/27/25. The diagnostic service was completed on 1/29/25. I was advised that the charge for diagnostics was 225.99. However, when I arrived to pick up my car The diagnostic service was completed on 1/29/25. I was advised that the charge for diagnostics was 225.99. However, when I arrived to pick up my car I was told that I owed 506.63. I was charged two diagnostic charges. One for the reported symptoms, and another 225.99 dollars for the technician to tell me I needed brake pads. This dealer was deceptive and charged me for something that was included with the first diagnostic fee. I was told by the service advisor that if they had checked 5 things they would charge a separate diagnostic fee for each thing. Please be aware and do not take your vehicle here. That is fraudulent and deceptive unnecessary charges to the customer. Please be aware of this service department. We would have used them for repairs, but if you over charge for a diagnosis, then they can’t be trusted with a repair. They didn’t explain this practice nor provide a breakdown of these prices prior to. I will inform all of my clients, and friends to not utilize this location. I feel obligated to warn the general public. Please get a detail print out from them prior to any thing being done to your vehicle. Including a diagnostic test. More

I had a great experience at the Jim Ellis service department. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and kind. As a female I often feel uneasy talking shop on cars and like I'm being disregard department. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and kind. Ford is absolutely the worst. I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charg I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charged me $1,500. I picked it up that Wednesday, and by Friday, the car was experiencing the same issue. I had the car towed back to the shop, and 30 minutes after the tow, my Ford service agent called to inform me that my front grill shutter and oil pan were cracked. The tow company showed me how they picked up my car, clearly proving they did no damage. Ford damaged my car when they picked it up and refuses to take accountability for it. Due to their negligence and lack of responsibility, my car has been marked a total loss. If they had fixed the problem correctly the first time, I wouldn’t be in this mess. Don’t buy Ford and don’t come here. More
