Walked in with the intent of purchasing a used 2019 Ford Ranger after seeing an internet ad. Price was a tad higher than I wanted but was impressed with the vehicle's features and options. My buying experience was uneventful and my sales person - Robert addressed all my questions, requests and concerns. I had performed research prior to my purchase and thought it was best to purchase an extended warrantee. I purchased the warrantee because the re-designed Ranger just didn't have enough data to sway me away from it but wanted a little more assurance. I had owned a 2003 Tacoma but really wanted to buy "made in USA". The truck is like a scaled-down F150 - great size. Hopefully, my truck will last and continue to please as did the dealership and sales team. Only time will tell. More
I had a bad experience at Jim Ellis FORD Sandy Springs last Saturday 1-23. Took my 2018 Ford Explorer for the 30K miles full service. I arrived on time for my appointment 8.45 AM and the Tech Bryson told last Saturday 1-23. Took my 2018 Ford Explorer for the 30K miles full service. I arrived on time for my appointment 8.45 AM and the Tech Bryson told me it will take like almost 2 hours that Service, also if I wanted my car washed , it is complementary, I said "great! I was ok with that, so I was hanging in the wait room. Then around 11.30 AM I was wondering why it is taking so long, so He said 20 min more and then He came to "check me out" , so I paid my bill $583.25 and I was waiting for my car for almost 1 hour! when He came and let me know the staff lost my Car key and I needed to get my spare key 🙁 , I was SO UPSET, more than 4 hours and they lost my key! I called Uber to go my home to pick the spare key up and returned to the Ford dealership to get my car, He apologized, BUT it is not acceptable the Dealership doesn't take the responsibility. He told me they will give me a replacement asap, so today is Tuesday 1-26, texted him and emailed him. He said He will be out for the rest of the week, and I should stop by next Monday, I told him I need my Car Key earlier than Monday. Still waiting for a response. More

We had been to another dealership and Mick assured us this was the right fit for us. During the financing portion Lauren Whitcraft was amazing! She crunched the numbers and found us a great rate that we could manage comfortably. She is a wonderful finance manager who knows what she's doing and gets the job done. She explained all the add-ons to us so we could select what would work for us best. At the end of the sale Mick even helped add the new Ford Pass Connect app and explained how it works. We definitely recommend Jim Ellis Ford Sandy Springs to anyone searching for their next vehicle. More
