The waiting room is very unpleasant. They had a cleaning staff in here, talking loudly, moving the vacuum cord over my head multiple times, required me to move my feet, etc. Really - in the middle of a bus staff in here, talking loudly, moving the vacuum cord over my head multiple times, required me to move my feet, etc. Really - in the middle of a business day? I was treated to the smell of the vacuum cleaner (kicked up) dust and the sound of the mop bucket squeegee. Yes they wet mopped the floor with people in the room. Very unprofessional. I left the room to complain but nothing was done. I think I can find a more comfortable service center to get an oil change at. I certainly don't need to pay dealership prices when they have so little respect for people trying to work and or read a book. More

Fantastic Experience! I went with my son to look at a 2020 Mustang as this was his first time buying a new car. They had the best prices out of all of the Ford Dealers in Metro-ATL! Everyone we met, talked to & worked with treated us like family! From their Internet Sales Mgr-Ross Hammer, who we spoke with initially to our Sales Consultant-Denis Esapa who did a great job working with us to help pick out the Mustang we wanted @ a great price! The General Sales Mgr-Kevin Jeffries also took time to talk with us! And a special thank-you to Lauren Whitcraft in their Finance Dept. who worked with us to give us a few options to purchase the vehicle!
