The old dealer did a terrible job on the brakes using after mark pads without telling me . The first thing Ellis came out and told me after checking the breaks was that the initial pad replacement was do after mark pads without telling me . I had a fast yet thorough oil change, complete with them vacuuming and washing the car. They couldn't fix my 2003 Expedition "Check Engine" light because a fuel tank was not available. Not so much Ellis fault but certainly a FORD motor company issue in not supporting a vehicle. The tank issue because a fuel tank was not available. Not so much Ellis fault but certainly a FORD motor company issue in not supporting a vehicle. The tank issue is known to ford and Lincoln, but you have to replace the entire tank, not just the non functional part. This is a failure in manufacturing and logistics. It should only require replacement of a part on top of the tank to be replaced. FORD should have tanks in their spare parts supply chain. Not buying another Ford in the future! More
