Service manager worked to fit me in. My Corvette needed resetting after a battery drain that required replacing. I replaced the battery myself but, it caused a malfunction in several systems. It was a 2 week scheduling wait time. Which means it would have been scheduled in the 3rd week. My car is a daily driver so I needed the vehicle as soon as possible. Thank you for working me in sooner. I was back in my car by the next day! More

I HIGHLY recommend Jim Ellis Chevrolet! Kyle somehow convinced me that I needed the new truck that I now LOVE (he was right!!!), Kalo maneuvered what was necessary for my deal to go thro Kyle somehow convinced me that I needed the new truck that I now LOVE (he was right!!!), Kalo maneuvered what was necessary for my deal to go through, at a number I could manage & Retanza managed to squeeze me in and get me iut QUICK for what ended up being just routine maintenence....I obviously gotta get used to driving a truck 20 years younger!!!
