Terrible from a customer experience standpoint. I requested a loaner before my appointment, didn't get one when I arrived. Was forced to get a rental and pay out-of-pocket. Then my service manager was fired or quit and no one told me. Then my car was not even looked at for six days after I dropped it off. Then they brought me the wrong car and sent me the wrong diagnostic video. And finally, they would not reimburse me directly at the dealership and told me I have to contact GM on my own. More
