First, I want to say that this review has nothing to do with Vladimir, which is my service rep. He is great. I’m not happy about some of the service that we performed for the amount of money that I was cha with Vladimir, which is my service rep. He is great. I’m not happy about some of the service that we performed for the amount of money that I was charged. I also think the dealership should also Work on finding more diesel techs. Having your vehicle sit at a dealership for two weeks waiting is not only costly but also is a big inconvenience for that amount of time and that doesn’t even include the service time. My total time was almost 3 weeks. More

This service request from the Jim Ellis Chevrolet on Peachtree Boulevard in Chamblee was my worst experience ever! On the way to a local hospital, the window did not go up. It was a very cold morning Peachtree Boulevard in Chamblee was my worst experience ever! On the way to a local hospital, the window did not go up. It was a very cold morning so it made it very uncomfortable. So while my wife was being prepped for surgery, I took the car to Jama Chevrolet in Chamblee for service. Now, yes, they did offer a free lift ride back to the hospital, which was greatly appreciated. The car was not even looked at the first day. Wait, it gets worse! The car was not even looked at the second day This made for a very difficult experience with my wife having surgery and needing to get to and from home. After trying to talk to the service manager was to no avail. The receptionist at Jim Ellis Chevrolet was uncaring un empathetic and is in need of coaching counseling of customers needs. After pleading with this receptionist, I finally got in touch with someone at the JIM corporate office. On the third day, they were finally able to look at the window. They told me it was gonna be nearly $450 to fix with a new motor for that window. Just one window motor. I chose not to have the repair work done at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. I instead had to work done at a local repair shop that I had used before in Johns Creek . The repair didn’t need a motor. It just needed a switch. The cost of the repair was $180. Now Jim Ellis Chevrolet did not charge me a diagnostic fee. And that was greatly appreciated. And conclusion, this was not the perfect customer experience. More
